Phil entered the world of professional negotiation training at the tender age of 10. That’s when he was handed a video camera to support his fathers negotiation training course in the 1980s …he’s been hooked ever since. A love for the practical nature of negotiation skills was born and a personal quest to support greater access for the development of negotiation skills. In 2018 he started The Negotiation Club as a platform to build a community for people to come together to practice their negotiation skills in a safe place .. He also loves to write, almost on a whim, anything on his favourite topic … negotiations.
