Graduate Negotiation Club
STARTING JUNE 2026
A structured training programme delivered through a club model — designed to help graduates build real communication, commercial, and decision-making skills through practice.
Most graduate development focuses on knowledge. This programme focuses on capability.
Through monthly, practical sessions, graduates don’t just learn what to do — they practise it, refine it, and build confidence applying it in real situations.

Who is it for:
✅ Graduates and early-career professionals looking to build confidence in communication and decision-making
✅ Graduate Programme Managers seeking structured, practical skills development beyond traditional training
✅ Organisations that want their graduates to develop commercial awareness early in their careers
What makes this different:
A Programme, Not a One-Off Course
This is a structured development journey, not a single workshop. Each session builds on the last, developing skills progressively.
Delivered Through a Club Model
Monthly sessions create consistency, repetition, and habit — the key ingredients for real behavioural change.
Practice-Led Learning
Graduates take part in short, live negotiation exercises in every session, supported by observation and structured feedback.
Immediate Application
Skills are applied in realistic scenarios, helping graduates build confidence in conversations they will face in the workplace.
What your graduates will develop:
✔ Confidence in professional conversations
✔ Clear and structured communication
✔ Commercial thinking and decision-making
✔ The ability to handle pressure and rejection
✔ Strong questioning, listening, and observation skills
✔ Awareness of how their behaviour impacts outcomes
