The Negotiation Club CPD Framework

Professional Development Through Practice

At The Negotiation Club Ltd, we believe that genuine professional growth comes from practising skills, not just learning theory.

Our CPD Framework ensures that every workshop, club session and negotiation role-play you complete contributes directly to your ongoing professional development.

What is CPD at The Negotiation Club?

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the process of continually improving your skills, knowledge and behaviours to remain effective in your role. Our approach to CPD is practical and engaging where every session involves real negotiation practice, observation and reflection. We help participants develop not only knowledge but also confidence, adaptability and skill mastery through repetition and feedback.

Our CPD Principles

We base all our CPD activities on three key principles:

1. Practice Over Theory:

Real skill development happens through doing, not reading.

2. Observation and Reflection:

Watching others negotiate and reflecting on your own approach deepens understanding.

3. Progressive Challenge:

We build confidence step-by-step, from simple single-variable negotiations to complex team scenarios.
