When deciding who gets the last mince pie or which Christmas movie to watch, remember to slow down and listen. Sometimes, the best negotiators are the ones who let others feel heard first!

"Urgent! Seeking top-quality carrots to fuel the world’s most magical reindeer team. Must be crunchy, delicious, and flight-boosting. Delivery to the North Pole ASAP!"
