Course Breakdown:

Session 1 – Introducing Negotiation Practice

"Trying something new can feel uncomfortable — especially when it comes to negotiation."

This first session is all about helping you feel confident and supported while practising online with others. You’ll be introduced to Negotiation Cards®, using a simple, single-variable negotiation to ease you into real practice without pressure.

Session 2 – Practice with Purpose (Tactics)

"We all negotiate in life — but do we really understand how we do it?"

This session brings negotiation tactics and techniques to life in a practical and hands-on way. During the session, you’ll pick one to practise with intent, learning what works and how it feels in a real negotiation setting.

Session 3 – 'Observation & Feedback'

"Good negotiators learn not just by doing, but by observing."

In this session, you’ll learn how to observe others and give structured feedback. You’ll also be introduced to a simple method for recording what happens during a negotiation — helping you uncover the “story” behind each conversation.

Session 4 – Multi-Variable Negotiation Practice

"Negotiations often involve multiple moving parts."

This final session introduces multi-variable Negotiation Cards®, where you’ll need to balance and agree on several terms. You’ll also learn how to track negotiation movement and discover why preparation is the key to a successful outcome.
