The difference between a Club Membership Fee and a Club Subscription.
The Club Subscription is the costs of managing your Club through this online portal. A Club Membership Fee is a fee chargeable by the Club to its membership to cover the running costs of the Club and may include the cost of the Club Subscription. The Club Membership Fee is decided by the Club and may vary from Club to Club.
How do I join a Club?
After you have created your Profile you need to contact the Club Owner and ask to be invited to that Club. Only through the Club Owner can you join.
Can I move to another Club?
At present you can only be a member of one Negotiation Club and although you can move to another Club you need to be aware that the videos, documents, observation forms and any other asset you contribute to the previous Club will no longer be made available to you.
How do I pay for the Club Subscription?
You can pay a monthly or annual subscription via the online Gocardless payment system or you should contact us direct if you wish to arrange an alternative payment method.
How do we start a Club?
First ... we recommend you have at east 3 potential members to start your Negotiation Club.
Second ... you should decide who will be the Club Owner.
Finally ... decide on the Club Package and sign up.
How to calculate Club Membership Fees
You may decide to charge a Club Membership Fee to cover the costs of running your club. If so then try and create a budget plan and apportion these costs across a Membership Fee.
Can I run my own Club?
Anyone can be a Club Owner and run a Club entirely by themselves. We continue to develop resources and online tools to make this process as simple as possible.
Who can see our Club videos?
You can select whether to make your videos Public, Private or available only to your Club Members.
What happens when a Club closes?
Like any subscription service, as soon as the subscription is terminated or comes to an end the resources are no longer available. For a member this means individual items will be removed. For a Club that closes all the online Club assets will be removed and will no longer be available to the Club Owner or the Club Members.
You may want to ensure you maintain your own personal copies of any information you upload to the website.
How many people do we need for a Club?
Although you could start your Negotiation Club with as few as two people we would recommend you have at least 3 individuals.
