We start at the age of two!

If you have children then perhaps you remember their first smile, maybe the first steps they took or even the first word they uttered. But do you remember the very first time they negotiated?

By some estimates the time we recognise we can influence those around us (and use that to obtain our favourite morsel) is about 2 years of age and from that moment on we begin to finesse our approach and style.

For many of us we never really think about it and, indeed, as we grow older we can come to find the idea of negotiating an uncomfortable exercise.

The reality is that negotiation is a critical skill set for our personal prosperity and our business success.

Over the last 3 years I’ve been building a community of individuals who want to better understand their negotiation style and practice with others, making the uncomfortable… comfortable, and opening up new opportunities in their lives.

If you want to see more then I write a great deal about it, the events we have, the lessons we learn and the fun we have on the LinkedIn company page for ‘The Negotiation Club Ltd’

QUERY: WHY NOT FOLLOW THE JOURNEY TOO?

Navigate the link to the TNC Linkedin Company Page, become part of OUR gang and, perhaps, let that inner child out!
