That’s right … last night we had the April TNC Taster which is the ideal way to experience what practicing your negotiation skills should be like.

Negotiation success is difficult to assess even in the best situations. But if we believe we’ve achieved a level of success that means we no longer need to practice then…. Success can derail progress because it can lead to complacency.
