The TNC is dedicated to providing the skills, the opportunity and the resources for professionals to practice their negotiation skills.

There is literally nothing like this, which was the driving force behind why I started it… plenty of great traditional training courses but once you finish the course… where do you practice the lessons.

Without practice the training (any and all training) will eventually be forgotten.

So I now organise and deliver PRACTICE.

Three part formula

1 - Workshop Sessions

How to practice seems too simple but it is surprisingly misunderstood. The TNC four sessions last 90 minutes, are delivered over zoom and are spread over 4 weeks.

They don’t disrupt the normal working day and the actually lessons learnt are applicable immediately...and they're CPD Certified!


2 - Practice Negotiation Cards

I don’t give books or course notes which end up in desks or gathering dust on the shelves.

Participants get a physical resource they use in the practice sessions and allows them to continue to practice and develop their negotiation skills long after the sessions have finished. They can even be used on other traditional negotiation training courses.


3 - The TNC Community (BETA)

Each company that comes to the TNC has the opportunity to join the TNC Community to continue to practice their negotiation skills.

This uses Zoom Events and means your business can meet at the same time as other clubs, businesses and trainers to practice but they can also practice between themselves.

Just image you want to practice negotiating with people from different parts of the world, different languages and different cultures…. they will all be there and you can arrange to practice together.


If negotiation is understood in your business then perhaps practicing negotiations is the next critical step.
